Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with experience in software development methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for web and mobile applications using various frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts, ensuring that all testing activities align with project goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring that all testing activities meet the required standards and regulations.
  • Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution and implementation of fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure that developed code meets the required quality and testing standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software testing and quality assurance, applying new knowledge and skills to improve testing processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Cypress, Karate, and Playwright.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with white box and black box testing.
  • Knowledge of CSS selectors and XPath locators.
