  • Manage client employee data for recruitment records, online tests, and travel expenses.
  • Coordinate logistics for recruiting events with vendors and prepare event reports.
  • Administer pre-employment screening checks in collaboration with other departments and vendors.
  • Ensure proper paperwork for new candidates, including medical and fit reports.
  • Ensure new hires have required information and instruction in preparation for their first day of work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
