We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Fluxus Elevators Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and customer follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Schedule and attend sales meetings, events, and presentations with customers and prospects.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Document and track all customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team regarding customer needs, preferences, and challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation Package:

The salary range for this position is ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time role requiring day shift availability and occasional weekend work. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including cell phone reimbursement and commuter assistance.
