Responsibilities

As a key member of the Astellas Pharma Inc. team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and configuration of business platforms to meet the organization's specific needs. This involves working on platform development and configuration, system integration, performance monitoring and optimization, user support and training, and initiative execution. You will collaborate with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units, ensuring seamless integration between different business platforms and systems. Additionally, you will regularly report on the progress of various initiatives and outcomes to your Capability Lead and team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related area. You should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or data science, and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience on AEM (full stack). Your technical knowledge should include programming languages, databases, software development tools, and a good understanding of information technology, software development life cycles, and architectural frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You should also have a proven track record of bridging business needs with technical solutions and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus, and experience in the Life Sciences/Pharma industry is highly desirable.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of AEM integration with Adobe Analytics and Launch configurations, as well as experience with content publishing/deployment and end-to-end content lifecycle. Additionally, you should have a good knowledge of Agile methodology, principles, and practices, and be able to work with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery. If you have a proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery, that's a definite plus.
