Job Description: Truelancer is seeking a skilled Data Integrity Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL testing, automation, and performance testing. They will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive ETL test cases, implementing automation frameworks, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ETL Testing: Design and execute comprehensive ETL test cases to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Automation: Implement and maintain automation frameworks for ETL testing to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Performance Testing: Assess and improve the performance of ETL processes to ensure optimal data pipeline performance.
  • Snowflake Expertise: Validate data integration and transformation processes within Snowflake to ensure data integrity.
  • Talend Expertise: Collaborate with development teams to ensure ETL processes meet testing and performance standards.
  • SQL Testing: Write complex SQL queries for data validation and transformation logic testing.
  • Data Masking & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure sensitive data is properly masked and ETL processes adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for ETL testing procedures and test cases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in ETL Testing with a focus on data integrity and validation.
  • Hands-on experience with Automation of ETL testing processes.
  • Expertise in Snowflake and Talend for data management and ETL operations.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries for large-scale data validation.
  • Experience with Performance Testing of ETL processes and optimizing performance.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Data Masking practices in relation to data pipelines.
  • Excellent documentation skills for clear reports on test results and procedures.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and working in a collaborative team environment.
