Global Payroll Operations Manager

Senior Analyst - Global Payroll & Compliance at CAPCO India - Bengaluru.
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Compliance Expert to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all payroll processes, including end-to-end payroll operations and compliance activities. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our payroll processes, as well as adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish, including data processing, salary calculation, and payment disbursement.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and compliance teams, to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and increase employee satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, responding promptly to their queries and concerns regarding payroll-related matters.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly variance reports, analyzing discrepancies and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster open communication channels with senior management, providing timely updates on payroll performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Human Resources).
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in managing payroll for large organizations.
- Proven track record of ensuring strict compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong background in Indian payroll processes, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Salary: ₹1200000 per annum.
