Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
ElasticRun is a pioneering company building the railroads for Indian rural consumption and serving as a de facto channel for Indian businesses to access the underserved rural markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue potential leads and opportunities through market research and cold calling or networking
* Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits
* Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities

Requirements:

* Location: Bangalore & Chennai
* Education Qualifications: 12th pass/Graduation
* Age: up to 32 years
* Years of Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, banking, or fintech domains

Benefits:

* Salary: Up to 23K in-hand, up to 30K incentives, and unlimited incentives
