Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Professional with over 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end accounting. The position is based at our office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring the accurate and systematic recording of accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Maintaining and reviewing records of invoices, expense bills, receipts from payment gateways, FIRC, etc.
  • Conducting ledger scrutiny and finalizing books of accounts.
  • Maintaining trackers such as Fixed Asset Register (FAR), prepaid expenses, and provisions.
  • Performing reconciliations for Form 26AS, Payment gateway transactions for e-commerce service providers, GST inputs VS books, TDS payments VS books.
  • Tracking pending accounts receivable and payable.
  • Managing payments and banking systems.
  • Reviewing and finalizing financial statements.
  • Preparing financial statements and periodic Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
  • Preparing cash flow statements and budgets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing software such as GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, or other similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
