Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR functions and assume a broader role that encompasses public relations, content creation, social media management, customer interaction, and administrative tasks.

The Role
  • HR Management & Recruitment:

The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company objectives, overseeing the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we hire top talent. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, performance management, and professional development programs while ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

  • Public Relations & Content Management:

As a Public Relations & Content Management expert, the successful candidate will lead PR activities to strengthen our brand and reputation through strategic communication efforts. This includes drafting and overseeing the creation of engaging content for both internal and external communication channels.

  • Social Media & Digital Presence:

The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies that boost brand visibility and engagement. Regular monitoring of social media performance metrics will enable them to adjust strategies for optimal engagement.

  • Customer Interaction & Communication:

This role involves handling customer interactions via email, social media, and other communication channels, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customer queries and concerns.

  • Administrative & Operational Support:

The selected candidate will provide administrative support by managing office supplies, schedules, and internal communications. They will also assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this dynamic role, you should have a proven track record as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership position, coupled with strong skills in public relations, content management, and social media strategies. The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in managing social media accounts for companies using analytics tools, and familiarity with employee management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) are essential.

The salary for this position is estimated at $80,000 per annum, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
