International Sales and Export Manager Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, export documentation, and client relationship management, with a deep understanding of global trade practices and industrial product markets.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our domestic and international sales operations for steel pipes and tubes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target geographies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and channel partners
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms aligned with company goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and dispatch

Export Documentation & Compliance:

- Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and LC documentation

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and statutory guidelines

- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and regulatory bodies

Market Research & Strategic Input:

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

- Contribute to sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and territory planning

- Represent the organization at trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual buyer-seller meets

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Degree in business administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or International Trade
  • Experience: 4-8 years in domestic and export sales, preferably in steel, metal, or industrial
  • Skills:
    • CRM systems
    • MS Excel
    • ERP tools

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally and domestically as required
