Job Overview

Aark Spaces LLP is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure their professional development
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
  • Ability to qualify prospects and understand their needs
  • Experience in sales management and team leadership
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and product marketing
