Key Account Specialist

At New Horizon, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to lead our key account relationships and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have excellent Client Relationship Management skills, with the ability to plan and execute strategic account plans that meet our clients' needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Service Delivery and Quality: Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to our key clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for our clients.
- Regular Follow-up with Clients: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment from clients and address any issues that may arise.
