Technical Marketing Executive

Pidilite Industries Limited is hiring for a Technical Marketing Executive role in Delhi. This exciting opportunity requires 4-14 years of experience in Channel and Project Sales.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹24,00,000 per annum

Job Responsibilities:
  • Engage with contractors through profiling, engagement, site connection, and loyalty programs.
  • Drive the adoption of premiumization for Araldite, Roff & Tenax among large contractors.
  • Implement formal meets plans to track effectiveness and execute field marketing strategies.
Specialized User Working:

Adopt specialized contractors like Grout Specialists, Swimming Pool Contractors, External Claddengers, or similar professionals.

Engage architects and convert them into users of Araldite, Roff & Tenax.

Leverage new product launches to drive user adoption among dealers.

Premium Dealer Channel Working:

Develop an ecosystem of Premium Dealers (Roff Premium Partners) by managing a network of 5-6 partners.

Nurture relationships with linked architects and large tile contractors.

Manage large site leads received from Premium Dealers for projects such as standalone hospitals or colleges.
