Senior ASIC Engineering Manager

The Senior ASIC Engineering Manager will lead the development of complex WIFI SOC Client chipset, overseeing design, verification, validation, and physical design. They will manage a team of engineers, drive hiring activities, and mentor team members. Additionally, they will plan, track, and facilitate the execution of ASIC projects from architecture to tape-out, providing technical guidance and ensuring timely completion and high-quality bug-free silicon.
Key qualifications include:
- B.Tech or M.Tech in EE or CS with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Low Power SOC Client ASIC development from concept to production.
- Experience as both a technical lead and project manager.
- Strong understanding of all phases of front-end development in ASIC projects, including ASIC architecture, micro-architecture, RTL design, verification, timing closure, physical design, and bring-up.
- Desirable experience in Wireless Networking and Network processing silicon.
- Proven leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams, and hands-on experience with all stages of VLSI development.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to dive into hands-on work in any aspect of the program facing challenges towards a prompt and effective resolution.
- Ability to network, build relationships, and drive effective decision-making across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and juggle multiple work streams to tight deadlines.
