Job Role: Assistant Vice President Sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Vice President - Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and mentoring sales teams, setting ambitious targets, and driving their successful achievement.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive overall business growth.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against targets.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
