We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and driving design strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Design Projects: Oversee the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
  • User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions, ensuring user needs and behaviors are prioritized.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and align on project goals.
  • Create Design Artifacts: Develop wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Establish Design Standards: Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
  • Mentor Team Members: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continually enhance the design process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly in the omni-commerce or e-commerce industry.
  • Design Tools Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
  • User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Analytical Abilities: Experience in analyzing user data and feedback to drive design improvements and innovations.
