Memory Design Engineer-SRAM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Memory Design Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full custom Memory design and architectures, characterization, layout design, net-listers, and complete SRAM Design verification at the compiler level.

The successful candidate will ensure timely project execution, publish design quality plans, perform risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities include designing memory layouts for advanced nodes, working with physical verification flows, and optimizing layouts for yield enhancement and manufacturing robustness.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber Physical Verification flow, as well as Synopsys Custom Compiler experience.

Other requirements include good knowledge of memory architecture, experience with SRAM leafcell GDS from scratch till top-level integration, and understanding of good layout practices in lower process nodes.
