Marketing and Business Development Manager for Genomics and Cell Analysis

Develop and execute marketing strategies in South Asia Pacific and India, overseeing the implementation of marketing programs and activities. This includes providing feedback and executing regional plans, measuring and evaluating marketing programs, and implementing corrective actions to deliver targeted results.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to execute local activities and consolidate campaigns and product launches.
- Develop and deploy promotions to stimulate sales and drive product adoption, managing the marketing budget in conjunction with the regional Marcom Specialist.
- Lead all CRM-related aspects of sales and marketing integration, tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and activities.
- Work with the Genomics and Cell Analysis sales channels to monitor and analyze competitive information and customer data, facilitating effective program development.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Genomics, molecular biology, biochemistry, biology, or medical science.
- At least 8 years' experience in Genomics and/or Cell Analysis, with 2 years in sales and/or marketing.
- Intimate knowledge of Genomics and/or Cell Analysis technologies within the research and clinical marketspace in South Asia Pacific and India.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
