Senior Manufacturing Process Manager

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Define, deploy, and achieve business requirements through target-oriented activities. Systematically improve business processes and manage team members' competences.
Key Accountabilities:
- Define competence dialogue, communicate with internal clients, and stakeholders to achieve high-level cooperation.
- Maintain regular contact with the team and stakeholders to address opportunities for improvement and hurdles in target achievement.
- Initiate and moderate CIP activities (productivity improvement, RPP projects) and control capital budgets.
- Prepare MBR reports for capital expenditures and review with stakeholders.
- Align with central functions on manufacturing standards and process technologies.
- Participate in design reviews of MAE for projects or customized requirements.
- Perform layer process audits for each process with the responsible process owner or specialist.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and key visits to demonstrate domain expertise.
Qualifications:
Mechanical engineering or electronics/Electrical/Electronic engineering or industrial engineering degree.
Additional Information:
- Project management knowledge, process knowledge, problem-solving methodology, and process capability.
- Ability to apply knowledge successfully and independently.
- Coaching others, AI & MI knowledge, and mechanical design tool knowledge (Solid Works).
