Showroom Ambassador

As a Showroom Receptionist at Cynosure Corporate Solutions, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their entire experience. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively greet and direct customers to the correct department, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate department or individual, or taking thorough messages.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Enter data into prospect tracking systems and run reports for managers weekly.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Assist in organizing and hosting events, such as product launches and sales promotions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or furniture sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
