Recruitment Specialist (Healthcare Sector)

Alitudine Planning Solutions Private Limited is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage the hiring process for healthcare professionals, particularly doctors (MS, MD, and MBBS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting doctors (MS, MD, MBBS) through job portals, social media platforms, and relevant databases.
  • Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates to fill current and future job openings.
  • Candidate Screening:
    • Reviewing and screening resumes to shortlist candidates based on client and organizational requirements.
    • Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
  • Client and Candidate Communication:
    • Liaising with candidates (doctors) to understand their specific needs and requirements.
    • Communicating effectively with candidates regarding job opportunities, candidate requirements, and compensation packages.
  • Negotiation:
    • Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates regarding employment terms and conditions.
    • Ensuring offers align with both parties' expectations.
  • Follow-Up and Feedback:
    • Conducting timely follow-ups with candidates and clients to gather feedback post-interview.
    • Addressing any concerns or questions raised by either party throughout the recruitment process.
  • Final Selection and Onboarding:
    • Assisting in making final decisions on candidate selection for job placements.
    • Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn).
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
