About the Role:

As a US Market Growth Specialist at Diverse Lynx, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the US market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets, as well as identifying and qualifying new business leads. With a strong understanding of the US business landscape, you will be able to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough market research to identify high-potential leads across the US, building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products or services. You will also be responsible for managing the initial stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to qualification and initial contact with potential US clients.

In addition, you will work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off of qualified leads. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong focus on the US market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic business development plans, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
