Design Engineer Role

We are seeking a mechanical design engineer to join our team in Chennai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in mechanical engineering and proficiency in CREO software.

  • Develop and design Electro-Mechanical packaging solutions
  • Create plastic, machined sheet metal parts, assemblies, and detail drawings
  • Proficient in CREO to develop concepts and CAD models as per design intent
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • CREO, NPD, GD&T, DFA, DFM, BOM, MS Office
  • Mechanical Engineering knowledge with expertise in Telecom-Networking / Semiconductor/ Consumer Electronics
  • Strong experience in Plastic, Metal Diecast, Sheet metal, Electro-mechanical package product design and good understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Product design & development / New product Introduction / Manufacturing related skills in Mechanical Engg discipline and Electronics & Communications
  • Hands on experience in Structural design (Frames, Tooling and Fixture design)
  • Hands on experience in Sheet metal and weldment design
  • Hands on experience in Machine Design and machine elements selection
  • Hands on experience in Electromechanical design (Server Racks.)
  • Experience in GD&T, Tolerance stack-up Analysis, DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) Good communication skills, proactive approach and creative thinking in product design
  • Experience in CAD tool CREO, Solid works is a must and CAE (Any thermal and fluid flow analysis will be added advantage) PDM tools (Windchill, Agile, ePDM)
