International Sales Development Officer

GEDU Services is currently seeking an experienced International Sales Development Officer to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled sales professional who can promote and sell our university programs to potential students. The ideal candidate will have experience in international sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting targets.
About the Role:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders.
- End-to-end process flow management, covering calling, chats, emails, and data management.
- Handle inbound queries from multiple channels, including telephone, email, and web chat.
- Understand and be aware of documentation covering visa processes, tax filing, and more.
- Making outbound calls to convert prospective student leads into applications for study.
- Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and in a timely fashion into all appropriate systems.
- Support the development of the student journey by identifying and reporting back on issues and trends.
- Cross-selling our products.
- Inbound outbound sales.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Proven self-starter and problem solver.
- Must be deadline-driven and goal-oriented.
- A positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to act with tact, good judgment, and discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and interact with all individuals with integrity, empathy, and sincerity.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to work well under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good Communication skills.
- Professional email writing Skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
