About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Business Development: Prospect for new business opportunities within the HORECA sector, utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the HORECA sector.
  • Product Promotion: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to promote our products and services to HORECA clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and operations, to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development within the HORECA sector.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in food and beverage distribution or related industries.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Experience in cold chain management.

Qualifications: Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
