Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our team. This role is essential to building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring that all client requirements are understood, executed flawlessly, and exceed expectations.
You will lead project coordination, client communication, and deliver seamless event experiences. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the events industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and delivery excellence.
- Project Coordination: Manage end-to-end project execution, from the initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
- Understanding Client Needs: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and vision for each event, translating these into actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Event Strategy: Collaborate with the creative and production teams to develop innovative event strategies tailored to each client's goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee the financial aspects of each project, ensuring that events are delivered within the agreed budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Timeline Management: Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising on the quality of deliverables.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Post-Event Follow-Up: Conduct post-event debriefs, ensuring client feedback is captured and areas for improvement are identified for future projects.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address any client concerns or challenges during the event planning and execution phases, ensuring prompt resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in client servicing within the event management industry or a related field (advertising, media, etc.).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of event planning, production, and execution processes.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally to both clients and internal teams.
- Leadership & People Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with various departments.
- Budget & Time Management: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations, offering quick and effective solutions.
- Client-Focused: A client-first mindset, ensuring all interactions are positive and contribute to building long-lasting partnerships.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.

- Experience in handling high-profile clients and large-scale events is a plus.
