Sales Responsibilities (50%)

  • Respond to customer enquiries, provide quotations and proposals
  • Follow up on converting and extending quotations
  • Establish and maintain contact with VIPs (at least 5 contacts per month)
  • Regularly reach out to all contacts in the account to maintain mindshare
  • Increase revenue from existing clients effectively
  • Establish long-term support contracts
  • Identify new leads within the account by leveraging existing contacts
  • Introduce the company to new leads

Project & Product Management (50%)

  • Determine and document project scope with customers
  • Manage customer interaction and change management
  • Follow up on customer feedback
  • Identify and contract required partners for service delivery
  • Manage projects/events at location
  • Develop, customize, and improve marketing material for platforms and services
  • Identify partners for strategic growth
  • Follow up with the product development team on product improvements

The reporting line for this position is the Director of Sales or Operations.

This role requires the ability to work both remotely and in the office. The office is located at Globibo India Private Limited, Didar Commercial Complex, DLF Industrial Area, Moti Nagar, New Delhi.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing/Business Management or a related field
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English required for global client communication
  • Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each customer
  • Highly motivated individual with attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Prior experience in communicating with senior managers
  • Result-oriented, focused on driving business results and KPIs
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently
  • Passionate about language learning or event technology services
