Pricing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pricing Leader to join our team. As a Pricing Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping our pricing strategies and ensuring they align with our business objectives.

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for life insurance products that balance competitiveness and profitability.
  • Lead individual, group, and reinsurance pricing to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to inform pricing decisions and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, underwriting, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze pricing performance to achieve financial targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present pricing recommendations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging risks, and advancements in actuarial science to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • Fellow member of IAI or equivalent professional degree.
  • At least 10 years of actuarial experience with a focus on life insurance.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in actuarial software and data analysis tools.
