Job Title: SAT Prep Training Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAT Prep Training Coordinator to join our team at Zeal Educators. As a key member of our education and technology organization, you will be responsible for training our teachers to deliver effective SAT instruction and helping students achieve their academic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one training sessions to prepare teachers for effective SAT instruction.
- Mentor teachers on lesson delivery, pacing strategies, and classroom management tailored for SAT prep.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to help teachers develop skills in test prep pedagogy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Certification or formal training in test preparation instruction, especially SAT or ACT, is highly desirable.
- Strong academic background with demonstrated expertise in SAT subjects: Math, Reading, Writing, and Essay sections.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching SAT or similar standardized test prep, with a proven track record of high student performance.
- Prior experience in training or mentoring teachers, ideally with a focus on standardized test preparation.
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and instructional design, specifically for standardized tests.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of SAT test structure, scoring methodology, and question types.
- Excellent pedagogical skills with the ability to train teachers on effective test prep strategies, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting diagnostic test results and developing targeted learning strategies.
