Join our team as a Reliability Engineer and contribute to the success of our Upstream, Product Solutions, and Low Carbon Solutions businesses. As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our assets across the globe. You will be responsible for providing reliability support to ExxonMobil upstream, midstream, and downstream assets, and will work with project reliability or engineering teams to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform criticality assessments and develop equipment strategies based on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles
• Analyze data using reliability modeling and prediction techniques, including Fault Tree Analysis, Weibull Tree Analysis, Root-Cause Failure Analysis, Single Point of Failure Studies, and Life Cycle Cost Analysis
• Work with project reliability or engineering teams to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations
• Develop and implement annual maintenance plans, and guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety or security systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university with a minimum GPA of 6.0 and above
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability
• Knowledge of engineering concepts such as Reliability Centered Maintenance, Lifecycle Asset Management, Risk Management, Criticality Assessment, Equipment Strategies, RCFA, Bad Actor identifications, Single Point of Failure studies, and Life Cycle Cost Analysis
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry
• Conducted RCM for complex systems, and performed criticality analysis for equipment
