Strategic Marketing Lead

This role involves overseeing a dedicated team of six managers, focusing on strategic planning, organization, and execution of high-impact campaigns such as fertility camps, brand partnerships, hyperlocal marketing initiatives, and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead and mentor a team of 6 BTL Managers located across various cities, promoting growth and development within the team.
  • Design and implement innovative BTL marketing campaigns that create lasting impressions and drive business outcomes.
  • Oversee allocated budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify target communities and develop location-specific campaigns to build brand presence and trust, fostering meaningful relationships with customers.
  • Supervise local clinic social media accounts to ensure engaging, relevant, and consistent content, elevating brand awareness and reputation.
