Growth Program Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Growth Program Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data analysis and strategy development.
Responsibilities:- Data Analysis:
- Lead business data analysis across sales, marketing, and operations to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Develop mini-strategies for growth experiments in new geographies, verticals, or customer segments.
- Own CRM automations to streamline lead workflows and pipeline hygiene.
- Manage sales reporting and dashboards to ensure visibility into KPIs across teams.
- Act as program manager for strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
- Create project plans and drive accountability across stakeholders.
