**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist

**Salary Range:** ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced Tender Executive to manage our end-to-end tendering process. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Tender Search: Conduct thorough research on e-procurement sites and other sources to identify potential tenders
  • Tender Document Analysis: Carefully review tender documents and prepare bidding materials within tight deadlines
  • Tender Evaluation: Daily track new tenders, evaluate their suitability, and maintain accurate records
  • BoQ Study and Rate Comparison: Analyze Bill of Quantities and compare rates to estimate project costs
  • FOLLOWUP WITH TENDER AUTHORITY: Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of bids
