The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our showroom.

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Executive to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in building customer confidence and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE BY MAKING THE STORE EXPERIENCE INTERACTIVE, ENGAGING, AND REASSURING.
  • FOLLOW THE WILLIAM PENN SELLING PROCESS AND ADHERE TO THE STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE AND THE POLICIES OF THE ORGANIZATION.
  • MAINTAIN THE CLEANLINESS AND VISUAL APPEAL OF THE STORE.
  • USE THE TIME WELL, EVEN WHEN NOT SERVING CUSTOMERS. SPEND TIME ON UPGRADE COMMUNICATION SKILLS, GAIN KNOWLEDGE OF SOP AND MANAGE STOCK.

Requirements:

  • Good command of spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can communicate with all levels
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand in an enclosed area 100% of your shift while assisting customers

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
