Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions: Accurately process customer transactions, including payments, refunds, and other financial activities.
  • Meet and exceed client metrics: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations through excellent service delivery.
  • Promote core values: Embody the core values of WNS, including integrity, innovation, and excellence, in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a contact center environment.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in using computer systems, software, and tools to manage customer interactions and transactions.
