Our organization seeks an Airport Operations Specialist to fill a critical role in the airport ecosystem.

  • This position requires a graduate with relevant travel experience, preferably holding an International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification or diploma in Travel and Tourism.
  • The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the airline industry, as well as prior experience working on airport systems and applications for crew, ground, departure control, turn-around, baggage, and loading operations.
  • Proficiency in any Global Distribution System (GDS) is also necessary, along with knowledge of automated baggage handling systems and flight load sheet generation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting DCS systems for reservations, passenger check-ins & boarding, baggage check-in, load management, and monitoring.
  • Ensuring efficient utilization of crew resources through scheduling and tracking.
  • Operating and maintaining automated baggage handling systems.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and analytical abilities, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and achieve stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
