Lead a Thriving Therapy Business

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Therapy Business Development Lead to join our team in Guntur, India. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for launching assigned brands in a specialty segment and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to launch assigned brands in line with brand strategy, ensuring successful market penetration.
  • Plan and achieve patients on therapy, unit targets, and value targets through effective sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the assigned territory, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Execute compliant medico-marketing activities to promote assigned brands and drive business results.
  • Manage distribution channels and monitor services to all stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively plan and execute immediate and medium-term plans for the business in the region, driving growth and profitability.
  • Record and report all market intelligence to the Head Office, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the specialty segment is highly desirable.
    • Experience in selling premium brands is essential, with a strong track record of success.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm/M. Pharm) or related field is preferred. Other graduates with management qualifications can also apply.

    Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
