Global Aviation Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented International Student Advisor to join our team at TNC Aviation. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
As an International Student Advisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with students and flying schools, parents, and other stakeholders in the aviation sector. Your primary objective will be to conduct regular initial sales pitches and calls to promote our services and establish partnerships.
To achieve this goal, you will need to possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including students, flying schools, parents, and other industry professionals.
- Conducting regular initial sales pitches and calls to promote our services and establish partnerships.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales performance, industry trends, and business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing B2B and B2C sales initiatives, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and a strong understanding of the aviation industry.
