We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Front Office Executive to be the welcoming face of our center, manage bookings, and ensure each guest has a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet all visitors with a friendly attitude, assist with inquiries, and provide information on available attractions and events.
  • Booking Management: Handle walk-in and online bookings efficiently, coordinate with guests on availability, confirm bookings, and update records in the POS system.
  • Guidance & Support: Direct guests to their booked activities, explain safety guidelines, and answer questions to enhance their experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns professionally, ensuring a quick resolution to maintain high satisfaction.
  • Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately, including ticket sales, bookings, and payments for various services.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a front office or customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
  • Strong communication (English) and interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy.
