Key Responsibilities:

* Review account opening and maintenance documents for accuracy and completeness
* Communicate with Branch Offices regarding any issues or discrepancies
* Provide timely resolutions and follow-up actions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless document processing

Requirements:

* Graduate degree in a relevant field (B.Com preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Familiarity with banking domain and investment banking
* Willingness to work night shifts (fixed timings: 05:30 pm - 02:30 am IST)
