Enterprise Business Development Manager

Becoming an Enterprise Business Development Manager at Brickwork Ratings involves driving revenue growth by forging strong relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities for risk management services.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the financial services or consulting industry, preferably with a focus on risk and analytics consulting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with clients to upsell and cross-sell services
- Creating opportunities for revenue generation through existing and new clients
- Making presentations and information documents to educate clients about company capabilities and achievements
- Liaising between clients and delivery teams to ensure seamless service delivery
The role requires excellent people skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, as well as strong analytical and numerical skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institute is preferred.
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹10.50 lakhs - ₹15.75 lakhs per annum, based on national averages and considering factors such as location, industry, and level of experience.
