  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.

6. Administrative Role:

  • Ensure timely submission of reports and claims.
  • Monitor and control stock movements and inventory levels.

7. Market Intelligence and Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.

8. Leadership and Communication:
