Role Overview


The ideal candidate for this position at Wilco Source Technologies Pvt Ltd will be an experienced Salesforce developer with a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. The role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce's platform and ability to design and implement scalable solutions.


Key Responsibilities


- Certifications in Platform Developer I and II, and Omni Studio Developer would be an asset.


- Minimum 5 years of experience in Apex, including Triggers, Classes, and Batch Classes, as well as Visualforce pages.


- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Interface, including Lightning Pages, Lightning Components, and Knowledge of Lightning System.


- Ability to implement integrations with other applications using APIs (SOAP/REST/BULK/).


- Proficiency in declarative development, including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.


- Familiarity with Velocity card UI framework and Architecture, including Digital and Service Layer.


- Experience with Omni Studio, including Omni Script, Data Raptor, Flex Card, and Integration Procedure, would be an advantage.


Requirements


- Ability to demonstrate applications and solve technical problems.


- Collaborate with customers to design and implement Salesforce solutions.


- Responsible for solution design and documentation.


- Lead customer-facing discovery and requirements refinement sessions.


- Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements.


- Document business requirements as part of the Technical Design Document.


- Ensure acceptance criteria are defined for each story and own the design.


- Develop training curriculum and deliver training sessions to end users.


- Work with a Project Manager to manage a project to scope, budget, and timeline expectations.


Additional Skills


- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


- Good knowledge of JSON and its integration with Velocity.


- Hands-on experience in developing Omni scripts and different types of Data.
