Job Opportunity: Sales Representative for Real Estate

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
  • Scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings.
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Continuously following up with customers.
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Compensation Package

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹2.16 LPA to ₹8 LPA per annum, plus incentives.
