As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to associates, management, external clients, and internal HR teams. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating and analyzing requests or concerns, determining the appropriate resolution or escalation, and communicating the resolution to clients, all while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and provide guidance on HR policy-related questions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to both managers and associates.
  • Recognize when escalation of a situation is necessary.
  • Execute complex HR processes across the Hire to Retire domains.
  • Audit process activities of Associates and seniors to ensure governance.
  • Oversee training of new joiners and ensure resources are ready for on-job work.
  • Report and analyze HR metrics for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Master's in Business Administration or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management.
  • 6-7 years of experience in Human Resource processes.
  • Subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.).
  • Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint skills.
