Key Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing Executive at Merito, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across Ecommerce platforms. This includes monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies for better ROI. You will also manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance and minimize costs. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand management, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives. Furthermore, you will conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies. You will also prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and future strategies to stakeholders. Finally, you will execute A/B testing and other experiments to identify the most effective marketing approaches.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in managing ads platforms of Amazon / Flipkart. You will also need proficiency in advanced Excel and other analytical tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are also essential. A data-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
