We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Sales Engineer to join our growing team at Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. As an Area Manager- Project Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales to diverse clients including Builders, Developers, Turnkey Contractors, Architects, and Interior Designers.
About the Role- You will identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales to drive profitable growth.
- Candidate Profile: 2-5 years of project sales experience in building materials or construction, degree in Engineering or related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and organized.
- Main Tasks: Build and maintain customer relationships, generate and qualify sales leads, provide product recommendations and technical expertise, deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts, manage orders and ensure timely delivery, stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
- Competitive salary and commission, paid time off, professional development opportunities, dynamic industry environment.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
