Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Specialist - Chemicals to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the laboratory chemicals market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the laboratory chemicals segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and deliver sales forecasts and reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Proven experience in sales and business development in the laboratory chemicals market.
- Strong understanding of the laboratory chemicals industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
