Astra Global seeks a skilled WFM Executive to administer our dialing platform, ensuring efficient and effective dialer operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign files upload and download
  • Real-time monitoring of dialer to maintain idle and abandoned calls under threshold
  • Campaign level monitoring
  • Setting up services and understanding call routing
  • Effective communication with Operations for shift time and break time adherence
  • Maintaining dialer campaign metrics on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and dialer administration
  • Candidate should have 10+2 or graduate qualification
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar profile
  • Open to working night shifts and rotational offs
