**About Us**
Banyan Sustainable Waste Management Pvt Ltd, a pioneering company in the FMCG bottle-to-bottle recycling industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Director of Digital Transformation.
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage through the strategic implementation of digital technologies and processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives horizontally across departments and vertically within each function.
- Foster a culture of innovation and digital-first thinking throughout the organization.
**Data Strategy and Analytics**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy, including data warehousing, modelling, collection, management, reporting, and analysis.
- Drive the use of advanced analytics and AI/ML technologies to generate actionable insights across all business functions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
**Change Management and Cultural Transformation**
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new digital technologies and processes.
- Lead initiatives to transform the company culture towards a digital-first paradigm.
**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
- Continuously monitor and optimize digital processes and systems to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects across multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of various business functions (Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Operations) and their specific digital needs.
- Expertise in data analytics, AI/ML, cloud computing, and other emerging technologies.
- Experience with change management and organizational development in the context of digital transformation.
